Terms of use
The ground rules that keep Rasmile safe and useful for everyone.
About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Rasmile website and the Rasmile service (the dashboard, the screen and the capture page). By using the service you agree to them. If you have a written agreement with us, it takes precedence where the two differ.
Accounts
- For now, we set up organization accounts ourselves. The account owner adds their team and sets their roles.
- Keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- The organization is responsible for how its team uses the service.
Acceptable use
- Use Rasmile with children safely and responsibly, with grown-ups supervising.
- Only snap Rasmile sheets and children's drawings. Don't upload photos of people or anything inappropriate.
- Don't try to break into or disrupt the service, or to reach another organization's data.
Children's drawings
Drawings belong to the children who made them. You give us permission to process them and show them on your organization's screens for the retention period you set, and we don't use them for anything else. How we handle data is explained in the privacy policy.
Rasmile content
The Rasmile name, Waraqa the mascot, the colouring sheets and the experiences and their artwork belong to us. You're welcome to print the colouring sheets and use them with Rasmile as much as you need.
Demos, trials and prices
Trial accounts are for trying Rasmile out, and we may change or end them. Prices and subscriptions are agreed with you separately; there are no payments through this website.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we can't guarantee it will run without interruption. We may improve the service and change its features over time.
Liability
We provide the service “as is”, to the extent the law allows. We aren't liable for indirect losses arising from using, or being unable to use, the service.
Ending
You can stop using Rasmile at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. When an account ends, drawings are deleted according to the retention period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
